This Direct Connect CD Changer connects directly to all JENSEN CD Changer Controller Receivers. Since the connection is direct, rather than through a FM modulator, the sound quality is much improved. You can mount this changer in either a vertical or horizontal position, depending upon your application. This provides greater flexibility and security for a wide range of installation options. Error free single bit Digital-to-Analog conversion significantly improves small signal linearity to provide pure reproduction of the original sound recorded on a compact disc. 8x oversampling is a circuit that combines excellent phase linearity with superb suppression of digital noise, resulting in better and more natural sound and imaging. Line Output Terminals provide additional flexibility in creating a high-quality mobile audio system by allowing connection to outboard amplifiers and signal processors with a line-level, un-amplified signal. The result is wider frequency response, wider dynamic range, and reduced noise. CD Intro Scan lets you sample the first few seconds of each track on a compact disc. The system will play the intro for each track, then go on to the next one until all tracks have been sampled. Track Repeat repeats a single track or an entire disc. Random Play shuffles and randomly plays every track in complete random order without repeating a single track, until all selections have played.
