This CD player comes with headphones and an AC adapter. A menu button allows for normal play, repeat play (all tracks), single track play, repeat play for a single track, and repeat shuffle play. The volume, which is controlled by plus and minus buttons, can be enhanced with a Mega Bass switch to deliver a more powerful bass sound. An automatic volume limiter system (AVLS) function can be used to limit the maximum volume for hearing safety. A hold switch locks the buttons to prevent accidental button presses. The LCD display shows the track, track time, and play mode, and indicates when the Mega Bass, hold, and AVLS functions are on.

[if I got this CD player as a gift at least 2 years ago and it has lasted me for that long. It is of high quality and may not be totally modern but it does play music and that's why you buy discmans right? Anyway, there are a couple things that could be improved. First, it doesn't have antiskip so everytime you even tap it, it will stop and then start up again 10 seconds later. Don't worry, it doesn't damage your CDs or at least it hasn't damaged any of mine. Second, it doesn't have a pause button which really stinks. Third, the headphone that come with it are really bad. The foam is peeling off and the sound is not very strong. Also, after you've had it a while you'll notice that you have to move the little headphone plug around to get the sound to come in with out crackling or only coming out in one ear.
So if you want a durable CD player, get this!]

I got this CD player as a gift at least 2 years ago and it has lasted me for that long. It is of high quality and may not be totally modern but it does play music and that’s why you buy discmans right? Anyway, there are a couple things that could be improved. First, it doesn’t have antiskip so everytime you even tap it, it will stop and then start up again 10 seconds later. Don’t worry, it doesn’t damage your CDs or at least it hasn’t damaged any of mine. OK but not great… – –
This is OK except for the missing pause button and it skips constantly. The sound is great with the Mega Bass. I would not recommend this for anyone who would be using this while in motion because of its skipping. I don’t see anything wrong with the headphones, though. The Hold button is very useful.

I have owned this one for 5 years now and it’s I’m telling ya, it’s still working perfectly. I’ve dropped in many times and it’s so durable. The bass on it is pretty good. It shows you when the battaries need to be changed. My only complaint this whole time was that it skips very easily. Whether I’m just walking with it or if I’m in the car and we hit a bump, it skips. I’m buying a new one for the MP3 feature, but I don’t think I’ll give this one up ot throw it away!

frustrating – Serj Malakian Pasillas IV – …….
This is a mediocre CD player. It plays your CDs with decent sound, nothing more, nothing less. It’s very wierd, however, that I have dropped this player over 10 times. I’ve owned several portable CD players and have dropped this one more than all of my others combined. It also has so pause button, which should be illegal. Its the first CD player I’ve ever seen with no pause button. Also, with the Super Bass thing on, I’ll turn it up to full volume and it’ll make popping sounds. I also hope you don’t intend to jog (or do anything where you need to move) because it will skip all the time.
The bottom line: buy this if you see it for cheap or you won’t be using it much, other wise go with something else.

Get this if you won’t use it that often – –
This player is ok, it could be better, if they gave it a pause button which is desperatly needed, and anti-skip protection. The cd skips if you even touch the outside of it. It’ll last you a really long time, though, I’ve had mine for over 2 years, and the only problem was once when the stop button stopped working for about a month. The mega bass is really good if you’re listining to something besides heavy metal, it emphasises the music. The headphones are really bad, both earpieces on mine broke off, so now I have to hold it onto my head, good for sharing!
